In 1996, Dana had her first club/DJ and concert adventure, The Morgue, bringing Houston a truly forgotten scene with a place for both the Goth and Industrial scene to breed.
Soon after Dana met up with Shawn Barusch and together Houston was under attack with a new wave of an underground party fever. Huge party giveaways, never before seen bands, guest DJ's, all this and more were making it's way into Houston for years to come by what was and still is known as Comatose Concerts, created by Shawn Barusch and Dana Dark.

Now Dana is a DJ and club promoter for Elixir 13 (Sliders). A Monday night gathering for those who side with the Goth/Deathrock/EBM/Industrial and Synthpop noise. Dana also works with others in creating special events such as the annual Gothic Beauty Pageant seen in Tattoo Savage as well as Damina, an annual Fetish Ball.
